OKLAHOMA CITY – A man was arrested after allegedly damaging a skyscraper in downtown Oklahoma City.

On Thursday, authorities responded to a disturbance call at the Devon Tower after learning that someone was throwing rocks at the building.

When officers arrived, they say security officials for Devon already had 27-year-old Thomas Russell in custody.

Investigators allege that Russell threw large rocks at a window at Devon, and attempted to throw rocks at security officials when they confronted him.

Authorities say the building suffered about $70,000 in damages.

Russell was arrested on a felony count of malicious injury and destruction of property.
