Donald Trump, Mary Fallin

OKLAHOMA CITY – President-elect Donald Trump met with Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin Monday.

Trump met with  Fallin and Texas Governor Rick Perry at Trump Tower, Bloomberg reports.

Kellyanne Conway, a senior adviser for Trump, said on “Fox & Friends” that Perry is a possible choice for Secretary of Energy or Secretary of Defense and that Fallin could be considered for Secretary of the Interior.

“No, I was not offered a position, it was an initial meeting to discuss a wide range of topics,” said Fallin as she was leaving Trump Tower.

After the election, Fallin downplayed suggestions that she might play a role in Trump’s administration.

She said she would be willing to listen if Trump asked her to serve in his administration, but that she thinks she could help him most by “being a good governor.”
