OKC police believe man convicted of kidnapping, assault may have victimized others since his release

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police believe a man previously convicted of kidnapping and assaulting women may have victimized other women since his release from prison.

Kevin Lee Cassil, 39, was recently released from prison, where he served time for kidnapping and assaulting two women in separate incidents back in 2002, Oklahoma City police said.

Police say Cassil was also accused of raping a woman that same year.

Cassil was arrested over the weekend for allegedly violating the terms of his probation.

Because of his previous predatory behavior, authorities believe he may have victimized other women in cases that were never reported to police.
