Claremore man arrested after allegedly ramming officer’s patrol car

CLAREMORE, Okla. – An Oklahoma police officer is recovering after a chase and a crash.

Authorities told FOX 23 that a Claremore officer tried to pull over a car in a nearby neighborhood.

The driver of the car, Hunter Hines, led the officer on a short chase.

However, it came to an end when Hines allegedly rammed the officer’s patrol car. The officer suffered a broken hand in the crash.

Hines was taken into custody on “multiple felony counts,”  according to the Daily Progress.
