DUNCAN, Okla. – Authorities are searching for an Oklahoma man who is wanted for second-degree rape and four counts of illegal tattooing.

Officials with the Duncan Police Department started investigating Jaccob Kerrick in late October.

According to the Duncan Banner, a minor under the age of 16 met Kerrick in early October and allegedly received a tattoo from the man.

The minor told officials that the two later had sex.

They even reportedly discussed that the minor’s age could get Kerrick into trouble, but he allegedly said he didn’t care.

The two had sex approximately 16 to 17 times between Oct. 9 and Nov. 1, according to court records obtained by the Duncan Banner.

When police questioned Kerrick about the relationship, he admitted he had a relationship with the minor, but claimed he ended it once he found out the victim was under the age of 16.

During their investigation, police learned Kerrick allegedly gave other minors tattoos.

He is facing charges for second-degree rape and four counts of unlawful tattooing.
