TAHLEQUAH, Okla. – A pair of Oklahoma game wardens came to the rescue of a buck who found himself in a sticky situation.

Tony Clark, from Cherokee County, and Cody Youngblood, from Adair County, immediately stopped to help after finding a buck tangled in a soccer net.

The game wardens were able to hold the buck on the ground while they cut the soccer net away from its antlers.

After cutting away the soccer net, which was already tangled in some brush, they immediately backed up and let the buck run away to safety.
