OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City woman will serve 82 months behind bars after she pleaded guilty to embezzling money from her employer.

Officials say 49-year-old Susie Jane Patton was charged in June of 2015 with wire fraud for embezzling from Silverado Reconditioning. She pleaded guilty and was sentenced to serve 22 months in prison and pay $66,125 in restitution.

Investigators say that while that case was in the works, Patton was also embezzling more than $100,000 from her new employer, D&D Design.

Patton was indicted by a federal grand jury for 15 counts of wire fraud in June of this year. She pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud and wire fraud while on conditions of release.

She was sentenced to 82 months in prison, which will run consecutively to Patton’s 22-month sentence from 2015. She was also ordered to pay $107,452 in restitution.
