OKLAHOMA CITY – Many people see the holidays as a time for travel to see family and friends.

Visitors will get into the Christmas spirit at the Chickasha Festival of Light, but there are other events that could interest all the people in your life.

If you’re not afraid of the cold, there’s an eagle watch on Saturday at Lake Thunderbird State Park. Visitors are encouraged to meet at the Nature Center at 12:45 p.m. as the class begins at 1 p.m. However, you can drive through the park from 1:45 p.m. to 4 p.m.

If shopping is more of your style, the Indie Trunk Show is in town on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Oklahoma State Fair Park.

Also, Holidays on the Corner will set up shop around Campus Corner on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

You can check out Discover Oklahoma on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. on NewsChannel 4.
