OKLAHOMA CITY - Tatianna went into state care last year and just celebrated her 9th birthday.

She lives in a foster home and goes to church three times a week.

Although she doesn't have a permanent home, Tatianna is like many other young girls her age.

She loves the movies 'Frozen' and 'Finding Nemo,' loves ice cream and enjoys school.

The sweet second-grader is soft-spoken but said getting adopted would fun.

She would love to have brothers and sisters and wants the best of both worlds.

"I'm going to live in the city, and then I'm going to move into the country," she said.

NBC Oklahoma surprised her for her birthday with a gift card so she could buy toys she wanted.

Her Christmas list is pretty simple.

She said she wants a toy cat, a phone and shoes.
