SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- A passenger posted video of a woman getting dragged down the aisle of a Delta airplane by a law enforcement officer on Monday.
DeLambert was told the woman "blew by gate agent and didn't check in because she wasn't an early boarder and deserved overhead bin space," according to KSWB.
Several reports stated the officers repeatedly asked her to leave the airplane, but she refused.
"Police tackled her out of her seat and brought her to the ground. Not sure how she was subdued, some people speculated a taser," deLambert posted.
While the officer was moving the woman through the aisle, she appeared to be awake and not resisting.
Delta spokesman said the flight was delayed due to a passenger not complying with boarding and baggage check procedures, according to deLambert.
"The passenger was removed by local law enforcement and the flight was able to continue," Black stated.
It was unknown if Delta was going to press charges against the woman who was dragged off the plane.
Just two weeks ago, Delta Air Lines apologized for failing to eject a Donald Trump supporter from one of its flights after he yelled at other passengers, calling some of the women on the plane “Hillary b – – – – – s.”
The airline said after the late November flight that the man will never be allowed to fly Delta again, and that it’s refunding every passenger on that flight the full price of their tickets.
