OKLAHOMA CITY – The cold weather is being blamed for a number of frozen pipes and other plumbing issues across the state.

On Monday, officials were forced to close the Children’s Hospital Clinic in northeast Oklahoma City.

Authorities say there was a sprinkler malfunction at the clinic, which caused it to look more like a scene from the movie ‘Frozen’ than a healthcare facility.

The clinic was closed on Monday so maintenance crews could take care of all the ice.
