Two people injured after motorcycle accident in southeast Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY – Two people riding on a motorcycle are injured after an accident in southeast Oklahoma City Saturday morning.

The motorcycle was going northbound on Shields just before 1 a.m.

Officials say riders were going too fast.

That’s when they hit a curb and lost control.

The road was shut down while crews handled the accident.

Both people were taken to the hospital.
