OKLAHOMA CITY – Red Panda lovers from far and wide can come together, turn on their computer, tablet or smartphone and watch the Red Panda cam. The Oklahoma City Zoo put up a live feed of 10-year-old Jaya and 1-year-old Wasabi on their website November 27.

Now, the OKC zoo said not to panic if you don’t see the little guys right away. They might be in a tree or, if the temperature reaches below 50 degrees, they will migrate to their indoor habitat.

The Red Panda is listed as an endangered species with only about 10,000 red pandas remaining in the wild. Their habitats are threatened by deforestation, agriculture, cattle grazing and competition for resources.

The live stream has over 700 views so far.
