OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man was taken into custody following a stabbing that occurred in southeast Oklahoma City on Wednesday.
Just after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, investigators were called to a stabbing at a home near S.E. 39th St. and Oklahoma Ave.
Authorities tell News 4 that there was some sort of an altercation between the victim and the alleged suspect, which led to the stabbing.
Officials say the victim was stabbed and rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. He had to undergo surgery, but is expected to make a full recovery.
Investigators say the alleged suspect, who was identified as 32-year-old Chad Allen Miller, was also taken to the hospital for treatment.
After receiving treatment at the hospital, Miller was arrested on one complaint of assault with a dangerous weapon.
