OKLAHOMA CITY - As many as six gunshots were fired at a home on the city's southwest side on Sunday night.
Police called to the scene near S.W. 53rd St. and Independence Ave. a little after 7 p.m. on Sunday night.
Once officers arrived, they discovered bullet holes in the window but also through the rear windshield of a car. At the scene, police found multiple shell casings on the ground.
"I was in the living room cleaning and I heard gunshots and that’s where my little sister and cousins were, so I started running back there thinking something was falling or something. Then you could hear the bullets hitting off the house.. so I had to drag my little sister off of the bed and we had to hurry up and run into the bathroom, " said Victoria Longoria.
Investigators say the house is occupied by a 62-year-old woman, her daughter and five other females.
"I don’t have a problem with nobody, but there was someone else who had stayed here who had a problem with everybody, but he’s gone now. So I guess they are trying to mess with us because we are all girls," said Longoria.
Fortunately, no one was injured by the gun fire.
