High School Football Season Ends With Four State Championship Games

Week 5 of the playoffs in high school football signaled the end of the season, as four state championship games were played.

Here are the results:

Class 3A (Stillwater)

John Marshall 14, Beggs 7

(Bears win third state championship and first since 1995)

 

Class 2A (Yukon)

Millwood 42, Washington 7

(Millwood wins second straight state championship and seventh in school history)

 

Class A (Owasso)

Afton 44, Crescent 12

(Afton wins first state championship in any sport)

 

Class B (Weatherford)

Shattuck 30, Laverne 16

(Shattuck wins 10th state championship, nine coming in the last 15 years)
