Judge sentences Oklahoma couple to life in prison for the murder of their 9-year-old nephew

SEMINOLE, Okla. – A judge has sentenced an Oklahoma couple to life in prison for the presumed murder of their 9-year-old nephew.

Colton Clark disappeared back in 2006 from Seminole County. His body has never been found.

The case was reopened nearly 10 years later with the arrests of his uncle and aunt, Rex and Rebecca Clark.

They were then convicted of child abuse and murder in October.

Monday, the judge formally sentenced the pair to life in prison for the abuse of both Colton and his brother.

The Clarks were also given life without parole for the first-degree murder charge.
