Oklahoma State's men's basketball team will have St. John's tranfer Yankuba Sima for their game against Florida State this weekend.

OSU announced Thursday evening Sima is eligible to join the team and can play on Saturday when the Cowboys meet the Seminoles in Sunrise, Florida, at 1:00.

Sima is a 6-11 center who transferred from St. John's mid year last school year.

After sitting out the required two semesters, he's now eligible to play for OSU.

Sima averaged 7.3 points and 5.7 rebounds for the Red Storm as a freshman in 2015-16.

Sima blocked 60 shots, second most in the Big East that season, and averaged 2.4 blocks a game.

In 10 games during the 2016-17 season, he averaged 6.0 points and 3.5 rebounds.
