  • One Cucumber
  • 1 package Thin Sliced Smoked Salmon
  • ¼ cup Braums Greek yogurt
  • Head Country Seasoning

Sauce Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp. Chili powder or flakes
  • A pinch of Garlic Powder


  1. Slice the cucumber using a peeler of mandolin
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into smaller slices (the width of the cucumber slices)
  3. Apply a thin layer of Greek yogurt
  4. Lightly powder with Head Country Seasoning
  5. Roll it up
  6. Enjoy!
