Oklahoma State's football team had a bi-polar type season in 2018, and had a little of that experience in their season finale against Missouri in the Liberty Bowl on Monday.

The Cowboys prevailed 38-33, getting a big stop on fourth down with just over a minute left to clinch the win.

OSU quarterback Taylor Cornelius closed his career by being named Liberty Bowl MVP, throwing for 336 yards and tying a Liberty Bowl record with four touchdown passes.

OSU finished the season 7-6 for their 13th straight winning season.
