Teen injured after drive-by shooting in southeast Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY - A teen was injured after a drive-by shooting in southeast Oklahoma City.

It happened Sunday afternoon near SE 44th and Bryant, police said.

According to Oklahoma City police, a 15-year-old was shot in the leg after stepping outside of his house. He was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries and reportedly told police he did not know why the shooting had happened.

Police are still looking for a suspect and believe they are looking for a dark-colored sedan.

The incident remains under investigation.
