Oklahoma State has gotten solid play from freshman quarterback Spencer Sanders through their first three games, but he was admittedly subpar in the 40-21 win over Tulsa last Saturday.

OSU head coach Mike Gundy said Sanders is progressing and still has a ways to go before he's truly comfortable as a college quarterback, and along the way, sometimes frustration can set in.

As for running back Chuba Hubbard, he's leading the nation in rushing after three games and carrying a heavy workload.
