    OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) –Police are investigating a deadly shooting after finding a body in a northwest Oklahoma City Saturday night. Just after 9:30 p.m., officers responded to a shots-fired call and found a deceased man with a gunshot wound at a parking lot near Northwest 28th and May. The victim has not been identified. Police have not released any suspect information at this time.

    MIDWEST CITY, Okla. — Authorities are investigating after a body was found near a Midwest City neighborhood Sunday afternoon.   • Grenade Found in SE OKC Backyard

    OKLAHOMA CITY— Police called after someone doing yard work saw a grenade in the neighboring yard. It happened Saturday night at a home near South Santa Fe and Southeast 44th Street sometime before six o’clock. The grenade was taken by the Oklahoma City Police bomb squad and will be disposed of on the police range. Police say they don’t know if it’s a live grenade, but they are going to treat it as such.  

  • One injured in northeast Oklahoma City shooting

    OKLAHOMA CITY — Authorities are investigating a shooting Sunday night in northeast Oklahoma City. Shortly after 9 p.m., Oklahoma City police say officers heard gunshots near NE 18th and Martin Luther King Avenue. Police located a victim lying in the street near NE 20th Street and Grenada Boulevard with a gunshot wound in the chest area. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition.

  • Moore police searching for person of interest in suspicious death

    MOORE, Okla. – Detectives are searching for a person they would like to talk to about a suspicious death. Authorities are looking for 21-year-old Jacob Barber. Police say a man was found dead inside his home after he did not show up for church Sunday morning. Barber is possibly driving a white 2007 Nissan Pathfinder with an Oklahoma plate “JBW904.” No warrant has been issued.
