    NORMAN, Okla — Fire, medical and police crews responded to an injury vehicle collision in Norman. Around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, a 2006 Pontiac was traveling eastbound on Franklin Road when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled multiple times.     TULSA, Okla. – A man was arrested after police said he was caught impersonating an officer. Allen Cottrell, 64, was armed while walking outside his home on Friday near 49th Street and Peoria Avenue, according to KJRH.     FALLBROOK, Calif. — Authorities say a small plane has crashed on a Southern California freeway and struck a car, killing one person and injuring five others.
