  • Fatal accident on NW 39th Expressway

    OKLAHOMA CITY- One person is dead, and another is at OU Medical Center in serious condition after a wreck Saturday afternoon, according to Bethany Police. The wreck happened around 2 p.m on 39th Street near Council Road. Authorities have not released the names of those involved.   This is a developing story.   • Cleveland County Man Charged in Death of Missing Man

    CLEVELAND COUNTY, Okla.- A Cleveland County man has been charged with first- degree murder in the death of man who went missing back in mid September. Corey Maxwell’s remains  were found at a dump site near Tribbey. According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Roy Workman has been charged.   • 65-year-old Norman man found safe

    UPDATE: Bob Young has been located, according to Norman Police. NORMAN, Okla.- A Silver Alert has been issued by the Norman Police Department for 65-year-old Bob Young. Young was last seen near the intersection of Chautauqua and Lindsey in Norman. He is 5′ 11, 180 lbs. Police say he was headed to the OU game with his wife when he was separated. Norman Police say Young has advanced dementia. If you see this missing man, please call Norman Police at (405) 321-1444.  

  • Police: 2 found dead in Chickasha Home

    CHICKASHA, OKLA.- Two people were found dead inside a home on Hillcrest Drive in Chickasha early Saturday afternoon, according to Chickasha Police. Authorities say, Chickasha Police were called to the home after the mother found her daughter unresponsive in the bedroom. She was  identified as 57-year-old Sheila Brownen.   • Victims of the OSU homecoming parade crash are identified

    Stillwater, Okla.- During the homecoming parade Saturday morning a car slammed into the spectators at the intersection of Hall of Fame Ave. and Main St in Stillwater. Adacia Chambers, 25, was driving the car and is in custody under the suspicion of Driving Under the Influence. Her first court appearance could be Monday in Payne County.   • Train derailed in NW Oklahoma City, 2 injured

      OKLAHOMA CITY — A train derailed in northwest Oklahoma City Sunday night. Officials say the derailment occurred around 9:00 p.m. near NW 10th and the Kilpatrick Turnpike. Five box cars were carrying scrap metal, one box car was carrying unknown cargo, and two other cars were empty.   • Search crews find body of 8-year-old at Oklahoma Lake

    ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. – Rogers County authorities say a child’s body was found in Oologah Lake Sunday. Around 4 p.m., officials say the 8-year-old boy disappeared. He was last seen at the edge of the water at Hawthrone Bluff on the north side of the dam. Witnesses say the boy wandered into deep water and couldn’t swim. His body was recovered from the lake around 6 p.m. Officials identified the boy as Billy Delgado of Tulsa.     Report a typo

  • Norman police investigating deadly wreck

    NORMAN, Okla. – Authorities are investigating a deadly wreck in Norman. Police say the accident occurred Sunday night around 7:28 near 180th Street and Blackberry Road. Norman Police say a pickup truck was traveling northbound on 180th Street Avenue Southeast when the driver departed the roadway and struck a tree. The driver was airlifted to a metro hospital.     OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma Labor Commissioner Mark Costello was stabbed to death by his son, Christian Costello, at a metro Braum’s, police say.     OKLAHOMA CITY- One man is dead after an altercation at a Braums in northwest Oklahoma City. Pam Pollard with the Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women has confirmed with NewsChannel 4 that the victim was Oklahoma Labor Commissioner Mark Costello.
