  • Police investigating stabbing in west Oklahoma City

    Officials are investigating a stabbing that occurred around 7:00 Sunday morning. Police were called to the area of 400 S. Meridian on reports of a possible stabbing. One female victim was transported to a local hospital, her condition is unknown at this time. The suspect is described as a white male wearing a military uniform. Police say the suspect’s vehicle is a white Dodge Challenger with Texas tags and a black stripe down the middle of the car.  

  • Portion of I-35 remains closed due to overturned semi

    OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma Highway Patrol  closed the Kilpatrick eastbound ramp to I-35 southbound around 8:30 a.m. Sunday due to an overturned semi. The outside lane of I-35 southbound has since been reopened. Authorities have not released details on the condition of the driver.

    OKLAHOMA CITY – Officials are investigating a shooting that happened overnight. The shooting happened on Wilshire Blvd. about one half mile east of Sooner Rd. in northeast Oklahoma City.     Members of the Oklahoma Oil and Gas Association (OKOGA) will hold a one-day supply drive on Friday, September 1st , to benefit the Oklahoma Red Cross.     HOUSTON, Texas – Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief (DR) director Don Williams and Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma (BGCO) Disaster Relief volunteers are in Houston serving in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.   • Missing woman and 3 children found near Lake Texoma

    LAKE TEXOMA, Okla. – Marshall County Emergency Management and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol have found the adult female and three missing children that were reported missing early Saturday evening. According to OHP, they were last seen walking east along the shoreline of Washita Point at Lake Texoma around 6 p.m. Saturday evening. OHP found all four individuals around 4 a.m. Sunday. According to authorities, they were transported to Alberta Creek Marina to be checked for heat exhaustion.

  • Nearly 2,000 metro residents without power following severe weather

    LEXINGTON, Okla. – Nearly 2,000 people are without power this evening after a mile long stretch of power poles were snapped in half by strong winds.
