The victim had been on his laptop, talking with his family via Skype, when the suspect stuck a gun in his face.   • Construction begins on new exit ramp into downtown Oklahoma City

    OKLAHOMA CITY – Drivers heading into downtown Oklahoma City will soon have a new entrance. Crews with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation started building a new exit ramp. The ramp will run off northbound I-235 directly onto N.W. 10th St. The construction essentially replaces a section of Walnut Ave. into a ramp directly off of the highway. “This really simplifies access to 10th St.,” said Terri Angier, the ODOT spokesperson.     Patient medical records are found dumped in a metro dumpster. The illegal dump put the personal information for hundreds of patients at risk. It happened outside a small medical building near S.W. 59th and Penn.     OKLAHOMA CITY – This week’s rain provided some much-needed relief to our drought stricken state. The wet weather helped water levels rise at some local lakes.     OKLAHOMA CITY – A convicted sex offender is arrested for allegedly working as a bail bondsman in Oklahoma City. The bounty hunter is behind bars, accused of violating a new state law that requires all bail bondsmen to have a license.     OKLAHOMA CITY — A teenage driver is killed after crashing his car along N.W. Expressway. The 17-year-old victim died when his car struck a tree outside a Panda Express restaurant.
