OKLAHOMA CITY - It is tough trying to stay in shape during the holidays, but there are a few simple exercises you can do in your home.

DJ Wolfe, a former Sooner football star, stopped by our studios to showcase some classic exercises that you can do everyday without going to the gym.

In addition to trying to not overindulge in delicious treats this holiday season, you may also want to add squats and lunges to your routine.
