Police in Canada are cracking down on a growing drug trend among teens that could be making its way into the U.S.
Officials said teens are using a new drug called desmethyl fentanyl.
The pills tend to be colorful and small but they contain a dangerous mixture of chemicals.
The drug is 80 times more potent than morphine and 40 times the strength of heroin.
In fact, officials said the pills are so strong a few officers suffered mild injuries just by coming in contact with the drugs.
Experts said they are still trying to figure out what makes the pills so dangerous.
