13-year-old Oklahoma boy arrested after allegedly shooting friend’s 18-year-old brother to death

FORT TOWSON, Okla. – A 13-year-old boy was arrested after fatally shooting an 18-year-old in southeast Oklahoma.

Friday morning, Gavin Freeman, 18, was shot to death by his younger brother’s 13-year-old friend in Fort Towson, Okla.

The friend was staying the night at the Freemans house, KXII reports.

The 13-year-old was playing with the revolver when the shooting occurred, officials said.

The teen was arrested Friday and transported to a juvenile facility where he is awaiting charges, KXII reports.
