16-year-old killed in Edmond motorcycle accident, no charges filed

EDMOND, Okla. – Officials have identified the person who was killed in a motorcycle accident in Edmond.

The Medical Examiner’s office has confirmed 16-year-old Lorean Ingram was killed Monday night.

Edmond police say a motorcycle was driving eastbound on 2nd Street near Vista when a car made a U-turn in front of it.

Officials say Ingram was the female passenger who was thrown off the cycle and into the street where another car struck and killed her.

The driver of the motorcycle, 40-year-old William Cain, is still in the hospital being treated for his injuries.

Edmond police say no charges have been filed at this time.

Police are still investigating the accident.
