8-year-old Nebraska fan’s cancer now in remission

LINCOLN, Neb. – He won an ESPY award, met President Obama and won the hearts of Americans after a 69 yard touchdown run.

Now, an 8-year-old Nebraska fan is beating the odds again.

Jack Hoffman appears to be winning the fight against brain cancer.

Hoffman’s family says his cancer is in remission after 60 weeks of chemotherapy treatments.

While his battle may soon be over with the disease, his supporters are still hard at work.

‘Team Jack’ will continue raising funds for pediatric brain cancer research.
