MIDWEST CITY, Okla. - The holiday cheer is gone for one Midwest City family after thieves made off with thousands of dollars worth of electronics and gifts.

"It just hurts with all that we do and everything that someone would come and do this," said Todd Evans.

Thieves broke in and wreaked havoc on Evans' home.

They stole four televisions and game consoles.

Evans says they ransacked each room, tossing clothes and other belongings all over the place.

Perfectly wrapped presents were ripped apart, but the crooks only took the gifts they liked.

"[They] took my knives off my cutting blocks," said Evans.

Evans says they used his own knives to stab his furniture.

Police dusted a window and a few packages for fingerprints.

Hours later, after police processed the scene, the thieves came back and stole the car.

Evans says the car that was stolen is a grey 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium with the Oklahoma tag 641-KEL.

If you see the vehicle or have any information on the crime, please call Midwest City Police.
