Altus residents asked to conserve water following technical failure at reservoir

ALTUS, Okla. – Residents in Altus are encouraged to conserve water for the next 24 hours.

The City of Altus Emergency Management Office says a technical failure at the Tom Steed Reservoir is causing a short-term problem.

Now, customers who use the City of Altus water supply are asked to conserve water for the next day until the situation is resolved.
