If your job offered you cash to quit, would you take it?

A popular company has created a way to make sure their employees really want to be at work.

Amazon recently offered warehouse employees $5,000 to quit.

The company says it’s not about reducing the workforce, since they are actually in the process of adding jobs.

Instead, the “pay to quit” program is a way to make sure the jobs are taken by those who really like to work for the company.

The Internet giant makes the offer once a year.
