OKLAHOMA CITY – Authorities have identified the man who was found dead in a backyard in Northwest Oklahoma City.

Officials say 27-year-old Brandon Rogers’ body was found Sunday in the 6800 block of Lyrewood Lane.

Police say a neighbor called police after they saw a body lying in the snow.

The man was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

At this time, authorities have not ruled out foul play.  In fact, they say the man appears to be the victim of an assault.

They are still waiting on cause of death.
