TYRONE, Okla. – Officials are looking for clues related to the murder of an Oklahoma business owner.

On June 30, authorities say an employee at Jim’s Auto & Salvage in Tyrone found 70-year-old James Edward Vitkowski lying on the floor.

He was taken to a local hospital before being flown to Kansas for treatment.

Vitkowski later died from what appears to be blunt force trauma to the head.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is working to determine the motive behind the attack.

They are offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) who killed James Vitkowski.
