OKLAHOMA CITY –  Two people were taken into custody following a high-speed chase in northeast Oklahoma City.

Officials with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office tell News 4 that members of the warrant team attempted to arrest 35-year-old Randall Paul Templett near the 6000 block of N. Bryant Ave.

Investigators say Templett had outstanding warrants for his arrest in Pottawatomie and Garvin counties.

The warrant team attempted to arrest Templett, but he fled the scene in a stolen truck.

Templett reportedly led deputies on a chase that ended near N.E. 63rd and Coltrane just before 1 p.m. on Thursday.

At that point, Templett jumped out of the vehicle and hid in a nearby wooded area.

Officials say the truck was recovered and a female was taken into custody. Templett was eventually found and arrested.
