OKLAHOMA CITY – A bus has crashed into an electric pole near a school in northwest Oklahoma City.

The crash was reported around 3:15 p.m. Monday at Northridge Elementary School in the 8500 block of N.W. 82nd St.

Officials said the bus clipped and damaged a high tension guy wire, which then snapped the pole.

McKee Blvd. has been closed between N.W. 80th and N.W. 82nd due to the down power line.

Multiple other streets are also in the process of being shut down as school is dismissed.

Officials said no students were on board the bus and there are reportedly no injuries.
