MIDWEST CITY, Okla. - A metro man claims bounty hunters tased him and killed his dog.

Roger Latture said he was tased on his doorstep following a heated exchange with two bounty hunters.

"It was so high up on me that it felt like he shot me in the face," Latture said.

Before he was tased, Latture’s dog escaped and ran at one of the bounty hunters.

The incident was caught on tape.

Video shows the man pull a gun and shoot the dog.

Midwest City Police are taking a very close look at the video to determine if anyone broke the law.

Police won’t say much about the investigation until the findings are turned over to the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office.

Police told News Channel 4 the person the bounty hunters were looking for was not at the home.

The bail bonds company that hired the bounty hunters said the tape proves they did nothing wrong.
