FARMERS BRANCH, Texas – A man who owns several Church’s Chicken restaurants in the Oklahoma City area has been found ‘alive and well.’

The Oklahoma Tax Commission says they were forced to close 15 Church’s Chicken restaurants in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas after taxes were not paid.

The owner reportedly owes about $381,303.50 in unpaid sales tax. After adding interest and penalties, the owner will have to hand over $434,583.78 in before the stores can resume business, FOX 23 reports.

Not long after the restaurants were closed, the owner, 55-year-old Lyndon Johnson, was reported missing.

A missing persons report was filed on Nov. 4, but Johnson was found ‘alive and well’ in Texas.
