Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office unveils new interactive app

CLEVELAND COUNTY, Okla. – Authorities in Cleveland County unveiled its own mobile device app that allows users to have access to deputies all day.

The app, which is called “Cleveland County, OK Sheriff’s Office,” is free for Apple and Android devices.

Organizers say the app provides an instant phone directory for the sheriff’s office, an event calendar, map and a way to capture and send photos to the department.

Deputies will also use the app to send out information that relates to public safety and crime alerts.

To sign up for texting alerts from the department, text Cleveland to 70000.
