A country music star is warning his fans about the dangers of rattlesnakes.

Last week, Kevin Fowler said he ran into a rattlesnake in his shed.

“Ran into this little fellow in my shed this week.  Third one this month,” Fowler said on his Facebook page.

Fowler posted the a photo of the rattlesnake on his Facebook page along with graphic photos of his friend’s hand after he was bit last year.

“All of you people who cry about folks killing rattlesnakes have probably never seen what it looks like when you get bit by one,” Fowler wrote. “The other two pics are of my buddy Tommy’s hand after getting bit last year.”

A year after he was bit, Fowler says his friend Tommy is still going through surgeries and rehab.

“All of you rattlesnake sympathizers will change your tune when your kid gets bit playing in your backyard,”the Facebook post read.
