OKLAHOMA CITY – Drivers are encouraged to avoid an area in northwest Oklahoma City as crews attempt to repair a gas line.
On Wednesday afternoon, workers running heavy equipment hit a gas line near N.W. 41st and Shartel.
Oklahoma City firefighters say homes in the area will likely be evacuated once they isolate the area and wait for utility crews to arrive.
