UPDATE: Worker pinned under forklift killed in accident

UPDATE 2:35 p.m. - Officials confirmed the worker pinned under a forklift in Oklahoma City was killed in the accident Thursday just after 2 p.m.

Authorities said the forklift tipped over and trapped the worker under the "extended lift" at Arch Granite & Cabinets near W. Reno Ave. and S. Portland.

Police are investigating.

OKLAHOMA CITY - Crews are working to free a person trapped under a forklift in Oklahoma City Thursday afternoon.

Officials said the person somehow got stuck under the forklift on the 400 block of Hudiburg Circle near W. Reno Ave. and S. Portland.

Authorities have not released the person's name or condition.
