In many households around the world, women seem to do it all.

They work a full-time job, take care of the children, cook and keep the house clean.

A new advertisement has one thing to say to those women: I’m sorry.

“My little baby girl, you’re all grown up now. You used to play house and now you manage your own house, and your office. I am so proud and I am so sorry,” the father says.

Thousands responded to the ad, including Sheryl Sandberg.
