CINCINNATI — A window at a downtown Cincinnati building was shattered by a deer on Wednesday afternoon.

The incident happened just before 2:30 p.m. when the deer ran through a window in the lobby of the Federal Reserve parking garage.

Witnesses said the deer was seen hobbling and bleeding as it ran south on Main Street. It was found at Main and Mehring Way and was tranquilized, but will likely be put down.

No injuries were reported among people nearby.
