OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Okla. – Law enforcement agencies are warning hunters to be careful after a man was injured this past weekend.

Authorities with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office were called to an accident in the 10100 block of N. XXX Rd. this weekend.

Deputies say a man was preparing for the hunting season when he fell about 25 to 30 feet from a tree.

After deputies arrived, they learned that an ambulance wouldn’t be able to get through the wooded area.

At that point, officials got a 4X4 and got the victim to an ambulance.
