Disabled Oklahomans get their chance at a crown

OKLAHOMA – Disabled Oklahomans have the chance to display their beauty inside and out.

The 2014 Ms. Wheelchair Oklahoma Leadership Pageant will be held Saturday, March 29, 2014.

The contestants begin competing, learning, and making new friendships from 10 a.m.- 3 p.m. at the Mobility Auto Sales and Handi-cap Aids, 730 W. Hefner Rd in Oklahoma City.

This portion of the pageant is for the contestants only.

Beginning at 5:00 p.m. that same day, at the Greens Country Club, the contestants will give their platform speeches and the current titleholders will give their farewell speeches.

Then there will be the crowning of Ms. Wheelchair Oklahoma 2014.

Guests will enjoy a catered dinner while being entertained by Aspiring Attitudes dancers and a silent auction.

Tickets are $10 per person.
