Drug-related arrests made in Guthrie

GUTHRIE, Okla. — The Guthrie Police Department arrested four people for selling drugs at two separate locations Saturday.

According to reports, the first arrests were made around 6 a.m. at the 200 block of E. Springer Ave. Darnelle Trivelle Thomas, 27, and Janae L. Ann Grossardt, 22, were arrested for Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance with Intent to Distribute within 2,000 feet of a School or Park, and three other drug-related charges.

Authorities say Brian Darnell Haynes, 34, and Salenia Debra Durant, 28, were arrested at the 1200 block of Springer Ave. for the same crimes as Thomas and Grossardt.

Guthrie police say two children were also located inside the residence and were placed with a family member by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS).
